Use and transmission of your personal data

 

The Data Controller undertakes to :

- To process Personal Data only for the Purposes described above,

- Process Personal Data in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation or any other provision of European Union law or of the law of the Member States of the European Union relating to data protection,

- In case of transfer of Personal Data to a third country or to an international organization, inform the Site Visitor beforehand,

- Guarantee the confidentiality of Personal Data by taking all appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent access to Personal Data by unauthorised persons, by carrying out identity and access checks via an authentication system and a password policy, by opting for an authorisation management system and processes and devices that make it possible to trace all the actions carried out on its information system and to carry out, in accordance with the regulations in force, reporting actions in the event of an incident impacting Personal Data.

- Ensure that persons authorised to process Personal Data are committed to confidentiality or are subject to an obligation of confidentiality and receive the necessary training in the protection of Personal Data,

The Data Controller shall in no way be liable for security incidents related to the use of the Internet, particularly in the event of loss, alteration, destruction, disclosure or unauthorized access to data or information of the Site Visitor.

 

The Data Controller undertakes to set up :

- physical security measures to prevent access to Personal Data by unauthorized persons,

- identity and access controls via an authentication system and a password policy,

- processes and systems that make it possible to trace all actions carried out on its information system and to carry out reporting actions in the event of an incident impacting Personal Data, in accordance with the Regulations.

Thus, in terms of computer security, the Data Controller endeavours to apply the recommendations made by the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) in this area: password policy coupled with a second authentication, regular modification of passwords, etc.

The Data Controller shall notify the Site Visitor and the competent supervisory authority of any violation of Personal Data within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) hours after becoming aware of it by e-mail to the e-mail address available to it. This notification is accompanied by any useful documentation.

 

Subcontractors and providers

 

The Site Visitor agrees that the Personal Data concerning him/her collected by the Data Controller may be transmitted to the Subcontractors/Providers with whom he/she is in contractual relationship for the sole purpose of carrying out the aforementioned Purposes, provided that these third party recipients of the Personal Data are subject to regulations guaranteeing an appropriate and adequate level of protection as defined by EU Regulation 2016/679.

However, the Data Controller cannot be held responsible for any lack of conformity to the DPMR of the Subcontractor/Partner.

 

How long you can store your data

 

For users who register on our site (if possible), we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username-ice). The site managers can also view and modify this information.

 

The rights you have over your data
